CANCELLATION POLICY

Our stylists REQUIRE a minimum 24 hours notice before cancellation.

If you booked your appointment online, you can cancel it through the email that was sent or through your Fresha account. If you booked your appointment through phone, please call us during business hours or send an email to purplejadebis@gmail.com


LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that life can get hectic and things happen. However, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be guaranteed service and could be asked to reschedule.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Purple Jade Hair Design, we strive for all of our customers to be happy with their results. It doesn’t happen often, but if you are unsatisfied with a service from us, please contact us within 7 days to go over your available options. Please note that we do not offer refunds on completed services. Our team will work together to ensure that you leave our salon satisfied and happy. However, all adjustment services must be completed by the stylist which you booked for originally.


REMINDERS

If you booked through online booking, you will be sent reminders for your appointment 48 hours prior as well as 24 hours prior. However, this is just a courtesy. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment.
